1. STRUCTURE – Building A – Framing to L3 nearing completion, Pour 1 complete.

Building B – Level 3, 50% poured, Building C – L2 40% framed

2. SERVICES – Basement B1 and B2 HL services complete.

U/S and wall rough-in complete to LG apartments Building B

3. FITOUT – Partitions framing to LG apartments complete.

Sheeting to top-strips 75%.

4. Façade – Sub-framing to LG and townhouses commenced.

Frames due Early Nov.

5. Precast procurement inline with structure pour dates

January, 2020

1. Structure – Building A – level 6 complete, L7 commenced.

Building B/C level 6 complete and L7 25% complete.

2. Building B partitions framing to L2 apartments complete.

Building A partitions framing to L1 apartments complete.

3. Window frames complete to LG and townhouses.

Windows 90% complete to L1 building A/C, 50% complete to building B L2.

According to the Project Control Report, estimated completion period will be in October 2020.

February, 2020

1. Structure – Building A – level 7 complete (topped out).

Building B/C level 8 complete and L9 commenced framing.

2. Building A partitions framing to L2 apartments complete, L3 commenced.

Building B partitions framing to L3 apartments complete, L4 commenced.

3. Window frames complete to LG and townhouses, complete to L2 and L3.

According to the Project Control Report, estimated completion period will be in October 2020.
